CHECKED AND TESTED FOR
INDUSTRIAL DURABILITY
We often hear comments about the impressive craftsmanship on our fans and blowers. The clean welds and smooth paint finishes reflect the superior work ethics of our staff. Each highly skilled technician in our manufacturing facility, including several Master Fabricators, assume responsibility for his or her part of the process. Everyone takes pride in the end product. Five primary Quality Checks between stations follow each fan or blower through our efficient manufacturing system. Detailed inspections for the final two-page Quality Assurance form makes sure that everything leaves the shop in A-1 condition. IAP's Quality Control program gives you added performance security and allows us to confidently stand behind our products. The multiple checks, including a final fan balance of the assembled unit at application speed, cover every product we sell. Some of our standard products are licensed to bear the AMCA Seal. For nonstandard products we use AMCA standard testing procedures and AMCA accredited laboratories to verify performance. Customers are always welcome to visit our facilities for witnessing performance and mechanical run tests. SO FEW IAP REPAIRS, WE DO THEIRS IAP offers complete repair and rebuilding expertise, along with highly experienced field service. Our field service engineers arrive ready to trouble-shoot and resolve problems. They've built virtually every IAP part at some point in their careers, and they're capable of on-site welding, balancing and nearly any repair. However, because IAP equipment rarely requires repair or retrofit work, we've become very handy at fixing our competitor's equipment. Customers even call IAP to help with a competitor's component because we can design, build, and ship it faster than the competitor can deliver. It's fairly common for customers to send us a wheel and we'll clean it, rebuild it, or if necessary, recommend replacement. We're willing to do research, too. Customers have asked us to track down obsolete competitor's products to determine performance characteristics for building long-lasting replacements. Sometimes we don't get an order for a new fan, but we keep a satisfied customer. |
